To assemble, cut out the design and then cut around the top of the goblin’s head with an X-acto blade. This will make the top of the head pop up! Next, fill a sandwich or snack-sized baggie with any Halloween treats you’d like. Fold the printable over the top of the baggie and staple on the sides. So cute!
