How long does it take to get my files?

Most files are available to download immediately after you place your order! You should receive an email with a link to download your items. Personalized items such as invitations and backdrop poster printables will be sent to you via email within 1-2 business days.

How do I personalize the name on my file?

Some printable PDFs are editable so that certain information (name personalization, etc.) can be personalized. If the PDF contains editable fields, just open the file in Adobe Reader and click on the text to personalize. Then, after you have customized all text, click “save” and print.

If you don’t have Adobe Reader on your computer you can download it for free at www.get.adobe.com/reader.

Where is the best place to print the designs?

You can print your digital files at home with a standard printer or use a local print shop such as Staples, FedEx Office, Walmart, Walgreens, Office Depot, etc. If printing at a print shop, you can upload the files through the print shop’s website and then go in store to pick up your prints when they are ready!

I’m printing from my home printer. What paper should I use?

For the best quality, we recommend printing on white card stock. It is thicker than standard paper and offers more durability.

How do I print a large poster?

When printing a large format design (for example: posters, backdrops, etc.) you will need to print on a large scale printer. Print shops—such as Staples, FedEx Office, Walmart, Walgreens, Office Depot, etc.—will all be able to print at larger sizes. You can upload the files through the print shop’s website and then go in store to pick up your poster print when it is ready!

Can I sell the prints or use the files commercially?

All of the designs in the shop are for personal use only. They cannot be used for business or profit in any way. You cannot share or resell these files, printed or digital. They are protected by copyright.

Can you print these files for me and mail them to me?

All of the items in the shop are digital printable designs for you to print. We do not offer any printing or shipping of items. You can print your digital files at home with a standard printer or use a local print shop such as Staples, FedEx Office, Walmart, Walgreens, Office Depot, etc.

Do you accept returns?

Instant download digital items are non-refundable due to the nature of the item. If you have a question or problem with your order, please just contact us! We will be happy to help you!
